Your contribution
and your information.

Sandy Keith is the campaign’s financial agent. He collects your name, residential address, any separate mailing address, email, intended amount, earlier contribution total and eligibility confirmations to keep campaign records and follow Elections BC requirements.

What the form does

The form saves an intention to contribute. It does not move money, access your bank or issue a tax receipt. The bank transaction must be checked separately, with the actual amount and date recorded. Please do not enter bank account numbers, passwords or security answers anywhere on this website.

Who may contribute

You must live in British Columbia and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Give your own money without reimbursement. Businesses and organizations cannot contribute. The ordinary individual limit for 2026 is $1,429.70, including money, goods, services and loans. Where a candidate is endorsed by an elector organization, the limit is shared with that organization and its endorsed candidates in the jurisdiction. Contact Sandy if that affects your contribution or you are unsure of your earlier total.

How the details are handled

Donor records are stored in a restricted hosted database. Sandy and authorized campaign administrators can review them. Hosting providers process data to operate this service; storage is not represented as being exclusively in British Columbia. Donor details are not put into browser local storage, public page addresses or website editing notes.

Submitting this form does not add you to a mailing list. The campaign does not sell donor details. A short-lived hashed connection identifier limits repeated submissions; the hosting provider may also retain security logs.

Reporting and corrections

Elections BC requires contribution records. When contributions total $100 or more, the contributor’s name and contribution amounts are publicly disclosed. Residential addresses are provided for reporting but are obscured in the published reports. Official records must be retained in British Columbia for the required period; hosted storage does not replace that obligation.

To correct your details, discuss an incomplete transfer, or ask about a contribution that must be returned, contact sandy@sandykeith.ca or call 604-815-7067. Records that must legally be retained cannot simply be deleted.
